Denny Shaffer has been a Human Resource professional for over 14 years. Denny earned his Bachelor 
of Science degree from York College of Pennsylvania in Business Management with a core emphasis on 
Human Resources.

Prior to founding The DLS Group LLC, Denny served in a number of increasingly responsible positions
in private industry. His work experience includes sales, customer service and plant responsibilities. 
His involvement in HR management in the manufacturing community leaves Denny uniquely qualified to 
provide HR solutions for your company.

Denny has also served on the Board of Directors for the VNA and as President of the York Chapter 
of the Society for Human Resource Management.

People-oriented and sensitive to your needs, Denny brings technical expertise, hands-on management experience and a knowledge of Human Resource problems and solutions.
